Tank Titan™ No Warranty, All Sales Final Policy

This No Warranty and All Sales Final Policy is part of, and incorporated into, the Tank Titan™ Terms & Conditions. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following provisions.

No Warranty Disclaimer

Tank Titan™ products are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tank Titan™ expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, workmanship, durability, or non-infringement.

Tank Titan™ does not warrant that the product will meet the customer’s specific requirements, that installation will be error-free, or that use of the product will be uninterrupted, safe, or compliant with any laws or regulations.

DIY / Customer Installation Acknowledgment

Tank Titan™ products are sold as do-it-yourself (DIY) kits intended for customer installation and use. The customer acknowledges that installation methods, tools, mounting surfaces, load conditions, and usage scenarios vary widely and are beyond the control of Tank Titan™.

The customer assumes full responsibility for proper installation, inspection, maintenance, and use of the product.

All Sales Final – No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. Tank Titan™ does not accept returns and does not issue refunds once an order has been placed and shipped.

Due to the nature of DIY kits and potential for installation, modification, or partial use, products are not eligible for return or resale.

Limited Exception – Shipping Damage or Incorrect Item

The only exception to the All Sales Final policy is if the product arrives materially damaged due to shipping or if the incorrect item was shipped.

In such cases, the customer must notify Tank Titan™ within seven (7) days of delivery and provide reasonable documentation. At Tank Titan™’s sole discretion, a replacement may be issued. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tank Titan™ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, installation, use, misuse, or inability to use the product, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, loss of revenue, or business interruption.

Customer Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this No Warranty and All Sales Final Policy and accept full responsibility for the product after delivery.
